Grass-finished ribeye for supper

How I grill grass-finished ribeye

Supper at our house is pretty simple when I’m cooking.

Grill some steak, saute some broccoli, bake a few potatoes and supper is served.

I grilled a couple ribeyes recently and I thought I nailed the cook. But it only counts if the boys approve.

Lincoln and Beau are my steak eaters, so I had Beau try some for the true test.

He liked it!

Here’s how I did it.

6 minutes on the first side at 425 degrees.

Then turn the temp down to 375, flip, and grill another 6 minutes.

Remove as soon as the steak hits 135 degrees.

Let rest 5 minutes, slice and enjoy.
